When are the goods shipped and how long does it take for them to arrive?

The goods are dispatched on the same day or the following day, depending on the time of the order.

The following factors have an influence on the shipping time:

  • When was the order placed?
  • Which country do you deliver to?
  • What was ordered?

We will ship your order from our German warehouse or, in case of high demand, from our international shipping warehouses.

Therefore, the shipping time is:

  • Germany & Austria: 2-4 working days
  • EU, Norway and Switzerland: 2-8 working days
  • United Kingdom: 8-12 working days

How can I track my package?

As soon as your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from us and the shipping company, which will provide you with a tracking number.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If the product is damaged, e.g. due to delivery, you should report this to us at
within 14 days of delivery of the package.

Within this period, we will bear the costs for the new product. In this case, send us an e-mail with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Just write to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.

Can I change my order at a later date?

It is possible to make subsequent changes to
within 24 hours of placing your order. Just write to us.

We can subsequently change the following details for you:
- delivery address
- billing address
- first & last name
- e-mail address
- telephone number

When will I receive the credit note from a return?

Once we have received and checked the return, you will receive a credit note for the invoice amount within 24 hours via the payment method you selected when ordering.

How can I return the goods?

The garments do not meet your expectations or you would like to exchange them? No problem, you can return them free of charge by filling out the return form. Find out more under Returns and exchanges.

What materials are the garments made of?

We only use the best quality cotton, mostly Supima extra-long staple cotton. All our garments are made from 100% cotton, without any additives.

Is there a Birton Kingsley collection for women?

Our first collection was exclusively for men, although the launch of a women's collection is planned. We hope to launch it soon.
