How can I contact customer service?

When are the goods shipped and how long does it take for them to arrive?

The goods will be shipped the same day or the following day, depending on the time of the order. After shipping, it takes 1-3 business days for Germany and Austria, or 5-6 business days for the rest of Europe, to arrive.

How can I track my package?

Once your goods have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation from us and the shipping company, which will provide you with a tracking number.

How much are the shipping costs?

We currently offer free shipping for orders over €80, for more information see shipping.

How can I return the goods?

The garments do not meet your expectations or you want to exchange them? No problem, you can return them for free by filling out the return form. Learn more at Return and Exchange.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Sofort and Klarna.

What materials are the garments made of?

We use only the best quality cotton, mostly Supima extra-long staple cotton. All our garments are 100% cotton, without any additives.

What makes Birton Kingsley a sustainable brand?

We use sustainable techniques during the production process and offset our carbon emissions. For more information, see Sustainability.

Is there a Birton Kingsley collection for women?

Our first collection was exclusively for men, although the launch of a women's collection is planned. We hope to launch it soon.
